Maintenance-Free Power
No more acid leaks, refills, and gassing. Boost your off-grid life with safe backup power from Renogy AGM Batteries. With a monthly self-discharge rate 5x lower than flooded counterparts, Renogy 200Ah Deep-Cycle AGM Batteries only lose around 3% of power at 77°F (25°C) and boast a 2x longer lifespan.
2000A Robust Cranking Power
Proprietary quinary alloy plates and exclusively treated plate grids enable low internal resistance and high discharge currents of 2000A (5s). This means that Renogy AGM batteries can effortlessly start home appliances requiring higher currents, including fridges, microwave ovens, toasters, etc.
Consistent Discharge Performance
The improved electrolyte formula and the rugged, fire-retardant case combine to ensure exceptional stability all year round for boondocking or emergency backup. This further guarantees its outstanding discharge performance in ever-changing elements, ranging from -4°F (-20°C) to 140°F (-60°C).
Improved Vibration Resistance
Absorbed glass mat separators and reinforced plates pack tight and create maximum density to prevent electrolyte sloshing around when vehicles bump along the track. This also allows you to flexibly mount your AGM batteries inside your camper van to save space.
Trusted Support
With US local warehouses and over a decade of expertise in the solar industry, Renogy provides one-stop support for our DIY-friendly energy products. Renogy 12V 200Ah AGM Deep-Cycle AGM Battery comes with a 2-year material and workmanship warranty.

This is the first battery I bought for my solar setup after a lot of research and I am very pleased with the purchase. Right now, I'm only running a single battery with a few loads and it seems to be working accordingly. I have this hooked up to the Renogy 50 amp DC-DC, 200 watt solar, and alternator which gives me plenty of juice...so far. I am looking to add a few more loads to the circuit but I think this battery should be plenty for our build. Battery monitoring on our setup uses the Bt-2 module which I'm not impressed with at all.

I use this battery in a 5th Wheel that is parked on my mountain property. It runs the microwave and all 120v circuits through a Renogy 2000w inverter. Charging is done by 400 watts of solar. I charge various constructuon 18v tool batteries and even other RVs through the inverter. This AGM 12200ah batteey has power and depth. I thought I needed 2 of them, but one has done the job. I hope it will last several years.

It was the perfect part to complete my electrical system along with my inverter. My system is now up and running leaving me not wanting for power. My 300W Solar Kit, 200Ah AGM battery, and 1000W pure sine wave inverter (all Renogy), has made my life so much easier. Just wish the rest of my van would cooperate (blasted thermostat).

In Series and In Parallel

You can connect up to 4 batteries in parallel to expand the power capacity to meet your needs. You can also connect multiple batteries in series.

It's recommended to connect batteries with the same type (AGM), same capacity (Ah), and same voltage (V) from the same brand.

We recommend using a battery balancer to extend the battery service life when multiple batteries are connected in series and/or in parallel.

1. Do they come with the terminal bolts? if not what size do they take?

This Renogy AGM battery comes with two M8 x 1.25 x 16 mm terminal bolts.

2. Can I connect batteries in series and in parallel?

Yes, you can. The maximum number that can be connected in parallel is 4. In series, there are no limitations.

3. Can I connect a 100 Ah battery to a 200 Ah battery?

No, you can't. All the batteries you connect together should be the same capacity (Ah), the same voltage (V), and most importantly, the same battery type (AGM). And it would be better if they come from the same brand.

4. What's the best way to place and store this battery?

It's a sealed battery and we recommend placing the battery upright. It is allowed to be placed and installed on its side only if there are special reasons for doing so. DO NOT place the battery upside down. You should store it in a dry and cool ( -4°F~140°F / -20°C~60°C) place. Make sure that it is 100% charged before storing it, and recharge after three months.

5. Can I discharge the battery to 0% and then recharge it again?

To avoid cycle life shortening, it is recommended not to discharge the battery below 50%. And when not in use, we recommend charging it 100% before storing it and recharging it after three months.

6. I will go to live in my forest cabin during the winter holiday. So I want to know that can this battery be used at freezing temperatures?

The discharge working temperature range is -4°F~140°F (-20°C~60°C) and the charge temperature range is 32°F~122°F (0°C~50°C). Using this battery at a lower or higher temperature than the range will shorten the battery's lifespan. We recommend checking the specific daily temperature of the place you will be going before using this AGM battery.

7. When using a charge controller, which battery type should I set?

You should choose the SLD battery settings.
